Playdate Day

Marshy has been busy. Another wonderful playdate at the museum to be remembered. It seems so long ago but the happy memory lingers. Everything seemed illuminated at the museum that day. We had so much fun with Tory and Trudy and their mummies (missing Julius here because he was late due to his naptime)

This is my first time to the museum too. We are 2 curious mummy and daughter exploring the Singapore museum with wonderful company. We are supposed to be going for the Children's Interative Festival but we were one week late but neverthless, we still had fun. Fun is fun with the right company regardless of where you are.

I love the way you kids recognise each other although we dont meet that often and it melts my heart to see you girls hug and kiss spontaneously and play hand in hand in the most comfortable of ways.

Everyday should be a playdate day.

Our Day of Pleasure

I have been tardy on the writing front. No words on the blog. I was busy and at the end of the day, I was just too fuzzy-brained to write. But we met up with your baby friends and their mummies yesterday and had great fun catching up. It made me realised I have yet to blog about our last playdate some time ago. I need to help us crystalise these beautiful memories to remind ourselves of the fun we had.

Yeah. This time we went to the airport (You read it right! Airport again) with Julius and Trudy and their mummies. The mummies had coffees and the babies had bites and loads and loads of fun and laughter. The lushly carpeted floors were their playground. The kiddos were rolling, running and spinning away in merry circles. Insanely carefree.

I hope I dont have to deal with your post playdate withdrawal blues.

Till the next date, I really can't wait.

The only complete group photo I managed that day.

Our little man of the day were just too fast for us! There was no way we can get him on camera. He was just too fast!

Lots of holding hands......

Hugging...

kissing......

And more holding hands........................

A Day of Friends and Fun!

Marshy, I was looking through your photos and realised that I had forgotten to blog on our recent zoo trip. How could I? Anyway, mummy received an email one of these days- Kindermusik group Reunites? How cool can that be? You are going to see your friends again. I showed you the email and said: We are going to the Zoo Zoo Zoo!

So the Kindermusik Group (6 toddlers, 6 mummies, 1 daddy and 1 granny) gathered at the Zoo and said hi to the animals. (We were missing Tory here!) We went to the Zoo in the hottest of days but the coolest of winds. The kiddos bathed in the bubbly bubbles and we grew sun bleached.

It was a day of friends and fun. Awesome playdate and glorious catch up with old friends. Marshy, pls remind me to take group pictures next time, ok?

See? Same bottles, same styles!

I think I'd take a dip myself.

Arrgrrr.. The waters is too cold for me. I'd better walk back.

No More Clubbing

Yes. We are taking a break from JG. We have had fun and are very sure this is not the end of our JG's journey. It's a hiatus from a grand plan. Funny how plans are often so far off from reality.

Looking at these pictures taken, I 'm convinced, that we had fun and loving the memories we had created together there.

It 's Finally Over

After more than a year of merry time with Teacher Angel, we had finally graduated with much joy and pride from 'The Village'. All the babies have have come into their own and moving on. Now at 18th months old, it's time for us to move on too.

It was here we met and still keeping some wonderful friendships. This fellowship of babies and mummies has turned out to be one of the best things in my mommyhood journey. This wonderful group of first time mommies. We double date. We share notes. We meet and talk and laugh. And best of all, we love all the babies.

It is with a tinge of regret that we had to miss your last Thursday lesson as you were not well. But it was a blessing we got to end your 'Village 'with your chummy friend- Trudy on a make up class. We started and ended Village's with her and Auntie Lina.

Life is really like a box of chocolates, you never know what you 'll get!

Playclubbing At JG

All geared up for JG!

Happily exhausted after class!

The litany of stress that comes with having to meet tight deadlines during the weekdays, is fortunately, all behind us when weekends arrive. The two precious days zip by. Amidst the maddening rush, we spent precious time together, happy times at the playclub and we even have time for meet ups. I meant to write about them. I really do.

Both you and I are enjoying Playclub. And the two hours every Saturday is made even glorious when good goblins reunite. You and Trudy. Auntie Lina and myself. It's always lovely to catch up.

Both babes always hit it off immediately. You are always alittle more cheery and chummy towards your good chum. And you always mange to get Trudy giggly. And it was always two hours of scattered miscellaneous chatter about our two princesses for these two mummies. Oh. We are so pampered with their cheery company. I couldn't stop smiling. The friendship is comforting.
